Is there a free trial?

Which plan is right for me?

Solo is the right choice if you want to build AI agents yourself and deploy them for your own use cases.

‍Team and Enterprise is designed for organizations that want to deploy AI agents collaboratively across teams or departments and require centralized user management, roles, permissions, and enhanced transparency.

How do credits work?

Credits reflect the actual usage of your AI agents. When an agent performs tasks, for example, by using AI models or connected functions, credits are consumed accordingly.

The amount consumed depends on the specific use case. In SCALAN, you can track which agents are consuming how much, allowing you to keep a transparent eye on your ongoing AI costs.

Do I pay per AI agent or per user?

Neither. In all plans, you can create and operate as many individual AI agents as you like. Pricing is primarily based on usage via credits and the feature set of the respective package.

Can I use different AI models?

Yes. SCALAN supports models from various providers, including OpenAI, Anthropic, and Mistral. This means you are not locked into a single model provider and can use different models for different requirements.

Is my data secure?

Yes. SCALAN is hosted in the EU and is fully GDPR-compliant. Your data is never used to train third-party models. All communication is encrypted both in transit and at rest. We will never share or sell your data under any circumstances.

Is my data safe with SCALAN?

SCALAN is designed for GDPR-compliant use in companies and is hosted in Germany. At the same time, centralized roles, permissions, and traceable executions help ensure AI agents are used in a controlled manner within the company. Additionally, all data is protected with AES-256 encryption.

Can I change or cancel my plan later?

Yes. You can adjust your plan if your usage or requirements change. A change will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.

For example, you can start with a single use case and later upgrade to Team or Enterprise as more departments and AI agents are added.

What is the difference between monthly and annual billing?

You save around 11% with annual billing compared to monthly payments. The features included in your chosen plan remain exactly the same.

What happens if we want to deploy additional AI agents later on?
