Yes. You can test SCALAN for free by building and trying out your first AI agent. This allows you to get to know the platform before deciding on a plan.
Which plan is right for me?

Solo is for when you build agents for your own work. Team is for when multiple people or departments use agents and you need roles, permissions, and a shared history. Enterprise is for when you need SSO, purchase on account, custom interfaces, or guided onboarding. The configurator above will recommend the right plan for you.
How do credits work?

Credits represent the usage of your agents. When an agent performs a task and uses AI models or connected functions, credits are consumed. The amount depends on the process and the selected model tier. In SCALAN, you can see exactly how many credits each execution consumed.
Do I pay per AI agent or per user?

Neither. In every plan, you can build and run as many agents as you like, and in the Team and Enterprise plans, you can also have as many users as you like. The price is based on the credit quota and the feature set of the plan.
Can I book consulting without an Enterprise plan?

Yes. You can add use-case workshops, agent development, team training, and system integration to the Solo or Team plans individually. We provide pricing upon request. Consulting, implementation, and training are already included in the Enterprise plan.
Can I change my plan later?

Yes. You can adjust your plan and credit quota if your usage changes. The change takes effect at the start of the next billing cycle. Many start with one process and switch to Team as soon as they add more areas.
What is the difference between monthly and annual billing?

With annual billing, you save 11% compared to monthly payments. The feature set remains the same.
Is our data secure?

SCALAN is hosted in Germany and is GDPR-compliant. Your data is not used to train AI models and is encrypted during both transmission and storage. Roles, permitted actions, and a log of every execution ensure that AI agents operate under control.
When is SCALAN not the right choice?

If you just want to connect two apps and move data rigidly from A to B, a standard automation tool is more cost-effective. SCALAN is worth it as soon as your process involves decision-making, such as checking invoices, categorizing inquiries, or drafting responses.
