What you should know beforehand.
The questions we hear most often before someone books an appointment.
Is this a sales pitch?
No. We’ll take a look at your process and give you an honest assessment of whether an agent is worth it. If it isn’t, we’ll tell you that too, and you’ll still walk away with an understanding of what can be automated in your company.
What should I prepare?
Nothing complicated. It’s helpful to have a specific process in mind, along with a rough idea of how often it occurs and how long it takes. An example, such as a typical email or invoice, makes the assessment more accurate.
Can IT and data protection officers join the meeting?
Absolutely, that’s often the fastest way. We’ll bring documentation on hosting, data processing, and compliance so that your questions can be answered right in the first meeting.
How much does the consultation cost?
Nothing. Costs only apply once you decide to use SCALAN. The Team plan starts at €129 per month with unlimited users; onboarding support can be booked as an optional add-on.
Can I try out SCALAN myself first?
Yes. With the Solo plan, you can sign up for free and build your first agent yourself. For team use and integration with your IT, a conversation is the better starting point.
